On February 13 and 14, 2025, UCIBIO researchers participated on the "i4HB Meeting: Looking into the future" meeting at NOVA School of Science and Technology (NOVA FCT). The event brought together approximately 130 participants from the three research units involved in the Associate Laboratory Institute for Health and Bioeconomy (i4HB) - the Institute for Bioengineering and Biosciences (iBB), the Institute for System Engineering and Computers-Microsystems and Nanotechnologies (INESC-MN), and the Applied Biomolecular Sciences Unit (UCIBIO) - fostering discussions on ongoing scientific projects and promoting collaboration across the i4HB research community.
The program included presentations on past achievements and future directions, interactive aworking sessions, and a final roundtable discussion on preparing for upcoming challenges. The meeting also provided valuable networking opportunities.
