Main research interests
- My research focuses on exploring the interrelationship between cannabinoids and sexual hormones, which holds relevance in two critical public health concerns stemming from evolving cannabis legislation: therapeutic potential and abuse liability.
- I am particularly interested in investigating cannabinoids and novel psychoactive substances as therapeutic agents for cancer and inflammation, highlighting their potential applications in the field of medicine.
- In addition, I have a broad range of general research interests in the signaling pathways and molecular entities that play a pivotal role in regulating the preparatory processes of the uterus for pregnancy, such as endocannabinoids and lipoxins.
- By exploring these diverse research areas, I aim to contribute to the scientific community's knowledge and understanding of the complex interactions between cannabinoids, reproductive processes, and related health outcomes.
