Biocolloids and biomaterials research from the view of physical chemists

Abstract

The presentation will be focused on description of specific ways, how to study biocolloids, biopolymers, biomaterials, natural organic matter and/or dispersion systems from the view of physical chemists. Both the theoretical and practical approaches will be described on simple examples. The benefit of an application of these methodological approaches can be found in a fact that they can often provide similar or at least complementary information as several much more sophisticated and also more expensive methods and approaches.
