UCIBIO is co-organizing XVI International Symposium on Marine Natural Products and XV European Congress on Marine Natural Products joint meeting that is taking place in Peniche, Portugal, from September 1-5, 2019. The XVI MaNaPro & XI ECMNP meeting is co-organized by UCIBIO - FCT NOVA, MARE - IPLeiria and CIIMAR - UPorto.

The five-day meeting includes 36 oral and nearly 200 written presentations from experts and young rising researchers on biosynthesis, medicinal chemistry, biology and chemical biotechnology, discovery and development of marine-based medicines and ecology.
