New Twinning project coordinated by UCIBIO brings 1.5 M€ to drive innovation in Glycoscience
“GLYCOTwinning: Building Networks to Excel in Glycoscience” is a project funded by the European Commission, under the Twinning Widening program of Horizon Europe, to promote scientific excellence and research in Glycoscience.
UCIBIO has 8 PhD positions to host “laCaixa” Doctoral INPhINIT Fellowships
Promoted by the ”la Caixa” Foundation, this doctoral fellowship programme offers 35 fellowships for early-stage researchers of any nationality to pursue their PhD studies in the best Spanish and Portuguese research centres and units with excellence distinction. This frame is addressed exclusively to PhD research projects on STEM disciplines: life sciences and health, experimental sciences, physics, chemistry and mathematics.

The new UCIBIO-Porto facility, the Culture Collection of Porto, located at the Faculty of Pharmacy of University of Porto (FFUP), will be launched on the 27th of October, the Day of the Microbiology Laboratory at FFUP.
